The contract will predominantly deliver internal painting and decorating works associated with responsive repairs, programmed and void works undertaken by Dudley MBC's Housing Management Team. The contract shall also include internal decoration to communal areas to flatted properties and sheltered accommodation to maintain the 'Class O' fire retarded surfaces, and internal decoration to various rooms in properties let to tenants eligible for social decorations. The contract shall also allow for dealing with removal of graffiti to housing assets. The Contract will also include option for provision of decoration works to other Council buildings, although this is not the main purpose of the Contract. For this project, Dudley MBC have adopted Constructionline and PAS 91 Questionnaire.
