In order to achieve the key deliverables, tenderers may wish to review other existing evidence, for example: the existence/extent/limits of quantitative or qualitative data. The proposed approach should take into account the resources that will be utilised (including staffing), outlining a clear justification as to why the chosen approach would provide the best outcome. Bidders will not be interviewed. However, they may be called upon to provide clarifications for their bids either in person or over the phone. Any face-to-face clarification meetings would be held in central London. Please make sure that you provide sufficient detail of you requirement so that potential suppliers will have a full understanding of what is required. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
