## Notice

The primary purpose of the HELAA will be to provide a NPPF and PPG-compliant assessment of the availability, suitability and achievability of land within the study area for housing and economic development purposes and ensure that the recently prepared respective HELAA's apply a consistent methodology. Additional information: Evaluations will be completed by 13th December.
