The initial contract scope is for Museum of Liverpool, Maritime Museum, Sudley House, World Museum, Walker Art Gallery and Lady Lever Art Gallery; and during the overall potential period of contract may be extended to additional NML venues. The estimated contract value in respect of NML's 2022 Christmas trees, displays and decorations is approximated to be PS12,000 GBP excluding VAT (or PS14,400 including VAT). There is further scope to extend this contract annually (subject to funding and satisfactory contractual performance) until January 2028. The estimated total contract value including maximum possible extension options is therefore estimated to be PS70,000 GBP excluding VAT, (or PS84,000 GBP including VAT).
