Supporting Material may include: outline service description / specification (system, implementation support, after sales service / ongoing support, exit support), breakdown of pricing options and ball-park annual cost, standard terms and conditions of contract, etc., whether you can provide this system through a framework agreement (such as Crown Commercial Service, ESPO, YPO, etc.). This is not a quotation exercise. The Council may use the information submitted to invite companies for further discussions, write a specification for a quotation exercise, or any other reason connected with the furtherance of the procurement of a Treasury Management System.
