There have been problems of water ingress through the roofs for some time in 2018 a full condition survey was carried out of the roofs including testing with a Nuclear Moisture Gauge to establish the level of moisture in the roof coverings and structure. Following the survey a programme of roofing repairs was prepared identifying a proposed planned timescale and repairs to be carried out. This tender includes the essential repairs needed in year 1 of the programme including capping to all parapets as identified in the roof condition report.
