This invitation to tender is split into 3 lots: Lot 1: Accommodation and support for rough sleepers Lot 2: Supported lettings Lot 3: Drugs and alcohol support services The services to be procured are classified as contracts for social and other specific services under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015), more commonly known as the Light Touch Regime.
