To this end, both the Specifications and Schedule of Works documents deal with these streams of work separately, as to ensure that the successful Contractor is clear on these differences and how the Authority wishes to deliver the required works. Based on the above, it is essential that the Contractor has sufficient resources to deliver both streams of works concurrently, as it will not be considered satisfactory to have teams alternate from one stream of work to another.
