The service will include Face-to-face, Telephone and Video Interpretation for both speaking and non-speaking languages, as well as Translation and Transcription services. Please see the attached Specification of Services for more detail. Commencement Date: Monday 01 November 2021 Contract Term: 2 years + up to 2 years possible extension Terms and Conditions: CBC Major Terms and Conditions The Council will provide as much support and information as it can in order to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the Council's response will be made available to all tenderers to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. The deadline for requesting clarifications is 12:00 noon on Thursday 23 September 2021.
