Supported Living - Supported Living is typically defined as housing where support and or care services are provided to help people live as independently as possible, and is usually commissioned for individuals with learning disability, neurodiversity or mental health needs. Extra care housing (ECH) - Extra Care Housing (EHC) are specialist housing schemes for older people that have been specifically designed to maximise independence. All tenants have their own apartment with a front door and yet also benefit from the availability of the 24/7 onsite care and support service.
