The WMCA is therefore seeking a suitable consultant or agency to take the work done on the model to date and create an attractive, user-friendly tool for dissemination, promotion and effective use of the model. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 80% quality and 20% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution will go on to have their tenders evaluated. Please then submit your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope and your fee proposal in the Commercial Envelope of BravoSolution.
