The Contract Manager should be available to attend regular progress meetings with Authority representation if the Authority deems this necessary. There will be a requirement to deliver an initial council wide survey in September 2024 and at least one survey every two years, with the option to request additional surveys when needed. The contract will consist of an initial term of 3 years, The Authority may in its absolute discretion extend this Contract for a further period (or further periods) of up to 2 (two) years.
