Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves, together with pipework. We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents while providing an efficient and effective service. It is intended that work will start in January 2018 and take 8 weeks to complete. Please note the tender return date of Friday 5th January 2018.
