The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to; * Six different 5 minute plays, all interconnecting that could form one larger play. * The iconic figure of Sherlock Holmes in each play * Each play to be accessible - catering for audiences including visually impaired, deaf, children and the elderly. This could be done creatively, e.g. using smells to evoke memories or experiences. * Each play to be filmed via Facebook live and then to be uploaded to our website later on. * A larger performance of all six plays at the end of the week. * To hand out promotional items at the end of each performance The budget available is PS15,000 and will cover all costs such as personal fee's, materials, meeting fees, hiring equipment, venue hire, travel and parking costs, public liability insurance and DBS checks. The Authority is targeting to have awarded the contract by 27th January 2017.
