Focus of tender Torbay is seeking to enhance the supported living market specifically to work with clients who have: * A primary mental health diagnosis. * Support the discharge of mental health clients from an in-patient setting during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. * Providers must have the capacity to establish a service quickly and source suitable accommodation to support step down from in-patient settings. Procurement Supported Living shared and 1:1 hours procurement AQP is open to all Providers currently in the Supported Living Services market or considering a move into the market within the geographic area of Torbay. It is anticipated delivery of the services will run to 31st March 2021 plus the option to extend for one (1) year. The service is being commissioned using the Any Qualified Provider process. The base tariffs for 20/21 are: Day rate: PS16.30 per hour Night rate: PS10.87 per hour The closing date for this window is before 12:00 noon on Friday 3rd July, 2020. The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the 'Regulations'). As such, the procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke, single stage application process akin to the Open procedure, involving a number of steps which are outlined within the suite of procurement documents.
