Interested suppliers or groups of suppliers are requested to submit an initial response (max 4 pages) covering the following as a minimum: - Brief introduction / overview of company - Overview of solution on offer, including key features - Ability of solution to link on a live basis with HR records (i.e. ESR) - Typical delivery resources required to implement, including implementation timescales for an organisation of our size (10,000 staff, one large acute hospital, around 12 community hospitals, approx. 50 smaller community sites) - Whether the solution can be built on a modular basis (i.e. introduced at one site and then rolled out gradually to others) - Indicative charges for the proposed solution - Contact information - Case study (preferably within the NHS) The supplier response deadline is 12 noon on 11th October 2019.
