The blocks are located in Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham, and Carnforth. * Tenders will be sought in 2 Lots: 1. Mainway; comprising 3 High Rise blocks, 11 Low Rise Blocks and 4 Deck access blocks; on a weekly cleaning frequency. 2. The rest of the district; comprising 94 Low Rise Blocks and 18 deck Access blocks; on a monthly cleaning frequency .
