## Notice

Luton Borough Council (LBC) wishes to tender the Corporate Cleaning Contract for a three year period with a provision to extend the contract for an additional period up to two years, dependant of the successful contractor's performance. The Tender will be in three Lots - one for the cleaning services for the LBC Corporate estate, one for the Buildings being used by the Luton Cultural Trust, and one for the communal areas in Council housing.
