In general terms we require an online managed employee benefits / reward and recognition platform which is: 1) fully customisable to our needs, including an ability to adopt our own branding, vision and values. We see this as a central place where any of our employees can access all of their eligible benefits and staff experience related initiatives at anytime and from anywhere. 2) provides our employees with access to (including hosting) of employee benefits such as: peer to peer and reward recognition, cycle to work, childcare vouchers, green commute initiatives, employee assistance programmes, financial wellbeing, car leasing, employee discounts, lifestyle savings, and other more localised offerings. If you are a suitably experienced provider, capable of delivering the Services described and interested in this opportunity, then you are invited to download the Bid Pack and submit your Bid in accordance with the instructions given within the Additional information section of this notice.
