The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking expressions of interest from providers of cloud based Case Management Systems for use by our Legal Services Department. The current onsite server based system is 20 years old and no longer fit-for-purpose due to its unreliability (caused by internal architecture issues), dated user interface and additional effort spent on workarounds. Legal Services are seeking a reliable, accessible, secure, compliant and scalable cloud based solution that will enable continuation in a quality service.
