## Summary

Suffolk County Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council are conducting a procurement process titled "Land Sale for New Housing including the Provision of a New Community Centre." This project, categorized under construction work, is set in Bury St Edmunds (IP32 6RW) and is currently in the tender stage. The deadline for tender submissions is 12 noon on 9th August 2018, with a requirement for a payment of £1.15 million for the site. The tender will follow an open procurement method and the successful bidder will be required to fulfill a section 106 agreement relating to housing development and community facilities.

This tender presents valuable opportunities for businesses involved in construction, real estate development, and community services. Companies that can manage residential building projects and integrate community services will be particularly well-suited to compete, especially those with experience navigating planning consents and local authority requirements. As the site includes the former Howard Primary School and community facilities, businesses capable of relocation and redevelopment may significantly benefit from this opportunity.
