The Managed Service Provider shall provide a responder service to ensure a seamless lone worker service to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the lone workers by responding to alarms raised via the Lone Worker system. The responder service can be broken down into three elements: * A 24 hour, 365 days a year call centre facility to acknowledge and respond to alarms raised by the Lone Worker system; and * A manned (uniformed SIA accredited security service) response search for unaccounted lone workers. * Where necessary, escalating the alarm to the local Police force. The contract will be for 2 years with the option for a further 3 x 12 month extensions.
