With a number of competitors in the immediate area, the upgrade of ageing gym equipment and audio visual is now a priority to grow and retain the current membership but also to attract residents who would not normally engage or access leisure facilities like Leigh Leisure Centre. The brief calls upon interested contractors to develop an appropriate design and specification to meet the requirements.
