Service requirements for the provision of Personal and Professional Development Consultancy for the "Fashion Technology Emerging Futures" project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The project is led by the Centre for Fashion Enterprise at London College of Fashion, a constituent college of University of the Arts London. Provision of Business support workshops and bespoke one-to-one consultancy, developing the personal competency and capability of small business founders on the CFE Level 2, 3 and 4 Business Support Programmes. The information and/or documents for this opportunity are available on the DELTA e-sourcing portal: www.delta-esourcing.com. You must register on this site to respond. Suppliers must log in, go to your Response Manager and add the following Access Code: 6382P7KC78 Respondents should note that the services being tendered through this notice is subject to the confirmation and signing of an ERDF funding agreement for the FTEF project. Whilst the University has no reason to believe that the anticipated funding agreement will not materialise, a contract for the tendered services will not be entered into until or unless such time as the anticipated ERDF funding is confirmed. Please note, the University is not liable for any costs incurred by the Participant or its partners, representatives or agents throughout the Procurement exercise. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. For the avoidance of doubt, The University is not a Contracting Authority or a Public Body for the purposes of the EU Public Procurement Directives and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and does not undertake to comply with the requirements therein. The University undertakes to treat all Respondents in this exercise fairly and equally. Please note, tenders must be submitted electronically using the Delta e-sourcing portal only. Tenders submitted via any other means will not be accepted. Variant bids will not be accepted. Respondents are required to submit any questions arising from this invitation and the documentation using the'email buyer' facility on Delta e-sourcing portal.
