The task is to provide key experts that will work alongside MoD Civil Servants to create the suite of documentation to enable the MoD to create those commercial arrangements and capabilities; this is likely to include statements of requirement, framework joining/eligibility rules, terms and conditions (drawn predominantly from existing libraries of Defence/Government conditions), evaluation criteria that will allow the Authority to select the best partners and key performance indicators that define acceptable and desired performance against these agreements.
