Our current energy usage is 30,000kWh/ month which we are seeking to reduce to at least 8,000kWh/month as a result of this investment. The roof is 80mm composite Kingspan. Pitch approximately 15 degrees from horizontal. Eaves height 5m (all measurements to be confirmed by site survey). Area beneath roof accessible via scaffolding. Site Visit: A site visit and structural assessment is strongly recommended to be conducted to ensure that the roof can take the weight caused by having the PV array mounted onto the roof. This is be arranged as per Section 5. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore this procurement and subsequent appointment will be subject to grant approval of the project.
