## Notice

APHA carries out research and development work on veterinary topics. This includes, but is not limited to, diagnostics, the development of early stage vaccine candidates and disease control methods. The Agency has an invention disclosure system and knowledge transfer staff work with scientists to evaluate new discoveries. The scope of this work relates to the marketing and provision of intellectual property (IP) management services in respect to know-how and patents developed by APHA. The Agency would therefore require a supplier with experience of early stage commercialisation of (IP) know-how and patents combined with knowledge of the veterinary scientific space and commercial veterinary markets. Therefore, the supplier would be required to provide high level expert services in a wide range of areas .
