The proposed development will include: - A new Primary School with Classrooms for 1FE and a core for 2FE. - A separate Nursery Facility. - A separate Community Facility. - A new car park with spaces for the different users and School drop off zone. - Hard tarmac games area for the School. - Nursery outdoor play area. - Playing field with two football pitches. - Secure fencing to the boundary of the site. The D and B Contractor will be required to develop the detail design in consultation with the relevant stakeholders and construct the completed facilities, including relevant external works, by 1.7.2020. The Operators for the new premises have yet to be appointed. The facility must be completed and ready for occupation by 1.7.2020.
