## Summary

The Ministry of Justice in the United Kingdom has successfully completed a tender process for "Women's Services in Norfolk," under the Probation Services Dynamic Framework (PSDF). This procurement falls under the category of probation services and is located in the East of England. The award, valued at approximately £768,586, was officially announced on 6th May 2021, following a tender period that ended on 11th January 2021. The contract, which is set to commence on 26th June 2021, will run until 31st March 2025, and was executed through a selective procurement method via a call-off from an existing framework agreement.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses, especially small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that meet the relevant financial and service category thresholds. Companies capable of delivering rehabilitative and resettlement services, particularly those focusing on women's needs, are well-positioned to compete for this contract. The lengthy duration of the contract allows for stability and potential growth in servicing the probation sector, making it an enticing opportunity for qualified suppliers looking to expand their portfolio in public sector contracts.

## Notice

In June 2020 the Ministry of Justice established the Probation Services Dynamic Framework (PSDF) to allow the Authority and Participating Bodies to purchase services to deliver rehabilitative and resettlement interventions. The Dynamic Framework and subsequent Call-Off Competitions are conducted in line with the Light Touch Regime of PCR2015. The Authority has utilised the PSDF to procure a range of services to meet The Authority's requirements that must be live on Day 1 of delivery which is 26 June 2021. Only bidders that were qualified onto the PSDF within the appropriate financial thresholds, relevant regions and the appropriate service categories were invited to the Call-Off Competitions. All guidance on this is available within the PSDF Contract Notice and subsequent documentation.
