Contractors may bid for any of 4 lots; Lot 1 - Bridgwater - 24 properties Lot 2 - Yeovil and Sherborne - 90 properties Lot 3 - Shaftesbury - 9 properties Lot 4 - Axminster - 6 properties or, contractors may bid for all of these properties.
