## Notice

The Trust is looking to implement a service which provides the support of an integrated and effective welfare and benefits support service for our IMD patients, in recognition of the vital need to address these issues for holistic patient care. This contract will support a welfare benefits support service that is patient centred and sensitive to individual's physical, psychological and emotional needs. This service will provide patients with comprehensive information in accessible formats describing basic benefit entitlements along with signposting to and co-ordination of community and statutory resources. The service will primarily be provided in the IMD clinics based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
