It is recognised that systems like CCTV, telecoms, plant monitoring, structural health monitoring, security and fire detection could all benefit from a modern and resilient network. HBB have undertaken detailed surveys of the existing assets and produced a specification for upgrading and enhancing an existing fibre network to create a managed ring network.
