The procurement route is the open 'like' procedure. This process is similar to the "open procedure" under the regulations, but as the procurement falls under the "Light Touch Regime" the Contracting Authority is not running the procurement as though the open procedure applies. From 1 April 2019, NCCG and intend to contract Primary Care Clinical System Information and Facilitation Service.
