Attendance at LAN Service Review Meeting. b) Investigation and support to Live Service UPS provision and policy review c) Resolution of LAN issues relating to technical information use/gaps and LAN/VLAN configuration/management. d) Review and refinement of technical content of LAN & WAN Service Catalogues. e) Review of Call Off Operating Manual (COOM) documents. f) Review of refinement of Contractual Site Support/timeframes to ensure they match Operational & Local Site requirements. g) Review of Legacy & Current Datasets to ensure they are accessible to SMB. h) Review ownership, management & maintenance of Pits and Ducts containing ICT cabling on MOD sites. i) Lead, formalise and document Crypto Custodian responsibilities in support of ISS ICT support, LAN side encryption, WAN Encryption, Micro-wave Radio Links & technical aspects of transition of WAN services to GC. j) Review & monitor ISS & MOD progress related to Misc. Comms Service & Point to Point 'tail' low bandwidth services. k) Review & collate evidence on active unmanaged equipment (media convertors/FOLES & FOLDS) to drive service improvement reducing service restoration timescales. l) Technical Support to improvement work strands associated with LAN & WAN services m) Review of catalogue services and change processes that can be used by non-core systems exploiting 'LAN Share arrangements at S and OS. n) Review and monitor LAN switch obsolescence and potential risk to live service.
