*Closing date for receipt of bids is Wednesday 19th September at 11:00 BST. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal.* The UK Space Agency (UKSA) (an agency of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS)) has a requirement to undertake three studies. UKSA will be responsible for the regulation of certain aspects of launch under the Space Industry Act 2018, including all launches to orbit. To support this regulatory development the UKSA is funding a series of studies to develop the corporate knowledge on a variety of launch related topics. The areas to be studied are split across 3 core themes; technology, operations and safety. The output of these studies will feed into the guidance material and the regulatory approach being developed by the Government. The three studies have been divided into three Lots as follows: * Lot 1: Launch Collision Assessment Best Practice Value PS30k * Lot 2: Assessment of Launch Vehicle Failure Modes Value PS30k * Lot 3: Review of Flight Safety Systems Value PS20k All amounts quoted exclude VAT. Additional information: DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO BUYER All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts) Responses must be received by the date in the bid documents. Responses received outside or concurrently using the eSourcing process will not be accepted or considered further for this opportunity. Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by emailing expressionofinterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk Your email must clearly state: * name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for; * name of the registered Bidder; * name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
