## Notice

At the end of the initial term there will be an option, at the Council's sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period not exceeding 2 years, with an option to extend the contract for an additional period after that not exceeding 2 years, giving a maximum contract length of 7 years in total (3+2+2).
