The scope of this requirement is as follows: * Complete a needs analysis of the AM business. * This will require a review of the current business strategy, current operating model, review of property types, current budget and FM spend, review of lease and legal position. * Meet stakeholders to complete a needs analysis. * Compile a review of needs analysis to aid prioritisation and coordination. * Complete a review and design a Target Operating Model reflecting industry practice for our asset and industry type. * Any short-term fixes identified - relay to FM lead. * Work with FM lead to help manage expectations. * Update Head of Department (HOD) each week on findings, risks and progress. * Be open and honest on findings. * Complete a gap analysis and roadmap for transition to the new model. * Compile a recommendation report including costing for said recommendation, present to HOD.
