## Notice

The assessment should also consider and have regards to the guidance contained within the Local Housing Delivery Group's publication 'Viability Testing Local Plans' (2012) and the RICS 'Financial Viability in Planning 1st Edition' (2012). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
