## Notice

The appointment of an independent and impartial individual and/or an organisation (the 'Supplier') that will be a catalyst for action, enabling better opportunities for Black African/British/Caribbean communities in the long-term. If an organisation is commissioned, we require a designated lead individual to take part in media activities and high-profile events. We welcome joint bids (whether they be from organisations or from an individual and an organisation).
