While there is a great deal of leadership and management training and development available there is little that is contextualised to East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust (ESNEFT). \ We require a leadership training provider to design and deliver a bespoke, high calibre leadership programme for 350-400 senior leaders, which reflects the needs of ESNEFT, based on our organisational research.
