The contract is for the external painting and decorating of circa 700 dwellings during the financial period of 2018/19. The architype is predominately made up of terraced, end terraced, semi-detached or detached houses of no more than 2 storeys in height. The council has adopted the mini competition procedure using the Fusion 21 Cyclical Decoration and Repairs framework. The contract will be for a fixed term to Friday 29th March 2019 The Contract Value is approximately PS150,000.00
