A Prior Information Notice (reference TED 2020/S 165-401547) was published on 21st August 2020 and a Contract Notice (reference FTS 2021-477828) was published on 22nd January 2022. The award is for an initial four (4) year term which can, at Sellafield Ltd.'s discretion, be extended for one (1) additional year. The maximum duration of the award is five (5) years. The is a framework agreement and is subject to task orders. The estimated value of the framework agreement is based on assumptions of inflationary impact and the consequences of the indices that the framework agreement makes provision for.
