## Summary

The United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence is currently in the tender stage of the procurement process for the "IT Professional Services Flexible Delivery Partner Framework (FDPF)." This initiative aims to establish a multi-lot framework over a three to five-year period, with an estimated throughput value of up to £300 million annually. The tender period is set to end on 1st July 2020, and the awarded contracts are expected to support various Digital & ICT roles necessary for MOD Digital IT Programs and transformation. The framework will be available for use by all UK public sector bodies, including central government departments and non-departmental public bodies.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly in the IT and technology sectors. Companies that specialise in project management software development, IT consulting, or systems planning services would find themselves well-positioned to compete. With a potential future value of £1.5 billion over the contract's lifetime, firms that can demonstrate diverse capabilities across multiple lots can enhance their chances of selection as strategic delivery partners for this comprehensive framework.

## Notice

. The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence is considering an exciting opportunity to revise the approach to contracting expertise in support of Digital & ICT Roles. The intention is to select a number of suppliers onto a Flexible Delivery Partner Framework (FDPF) covering all D&IT capability and expertise required to deliver MOD Digital IT Programs and transformation for the next three to five years. The new framework will be a multi-lot framework that has a number of suppliers per lot to deliver a wide range of capability and expertise to MoD. The MoD will define the lot and initial capability required but will not constrain what capability suppliers can put forward as long as it fits with the capability family under the specific lot. It is anticipated that suppliers may be successful across multiple lots resulting in an estimated six to nine strategic delivery partners. The estimated value of throughput on this framework is up to PS300M per year, with an initial 3-year contract duration (with possible options for extension) under consideration. The option periods are also estimated up to a value of PS300M per year, with a potential future value over the life of the contract of PS1.5bn. The Framework will be established for use by all UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) including all Central Government departments, executive agencies, and non-departmental public bodies are listed at: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations Additional information: To view this notice, register as a supplier here: http://www.contracts.mod.uk/delta/signup.html?userType=supplier and search for the notice with reference 'UK-Corsham: Information technology services.'.
