Refurbishment survey information was requested for this building. This type of survey is intrusive and may involve destructive inspection, as necessary, to gain access to potentially hidden asbestos within the building fabric. The level of intrusion necessary was defined in the scope of works for this project. Changes to the scope of work identified in this report may necessitate further inspection and sampling.
