## Summary

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is conducting a tender for the creation of best practice assets aimed at enhancing employers' ability to support women during pregnancy, maternity, and their return to work. This initiative falls under the services sector, specifically within equal opportunities consultancy services, and is being conducted through an open procurement method. The tender is currently active, with submissions due by 16th December 2016. The contract period will commence on 3rd January 2017 and conclude on 31st March 2017, covering delivery to entities located across the United Kingdom and beyond.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in consultancy and advisory services focused on workplace equality and family leave policies. Firms with expertise in developing training materials, offering flexible working solutions, or consulting on diversity and inclusion strategies would be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to apply, as their insights and innovative approaches can greatly contribute to the project's objectives.
