To include complete strip out, reconfiguration of partitioning, thermal and acoustic upgrade and installation of; new staircase, ground floor WC, new laundry and bathroom, kitchen fittings, electrical and mechanical re-fit and decoration throughout. Part II (Coach House): Refurbishment of existing offices within designated use. To include complete strip out and installation of; new staircase, accessible WC, first floor WCs, kitchenette fittings, electrical and mechanical re-fit and decoration throughout.
