Quantities stated are approx. p.a. base don historical data, items will be ordered as & when required during the period to replenish stock. Prices to be FIXED FOR THE PERIOD, if this is not possible please state in Notes period you are able to fix th eprices for. If do note is given we will assume you cna fix the prices until 30/09/2019. Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price.
