Installation of a domestic/residential wet pipe sprinkler system to BS 9251:2014 where the pipework is charged with water at all times with a new GRP tank to be installed in the existing tank room. The tank will have a dedicated lockable isolation valve. A branch will serve the sprinkler pump and connect to a fire pump set. From the sprinkler pump set, dedicated sprinkler pipework will then connect to a sprinkler control valve set on each floor, to each flat, in the lift lobby area. From each flat's sprinkler control valve set, pipework will then be installed to each flat. A sprinkler panel will be installed in the ground floor lobby area.
