## Notice

The contract includes PPM, reactive maintenance, minor remedial works, and annual condition surveys. A 24/7/365 Helpdesk and CAFM support is required. The initial contract term is five years, with the scope to extend any number of times up to a further two years. Please note the advertised value is for the extended 84 month period and includes scope to extend to additional sites as and when they are added to the V&A estate. The form of contract shall be the CIOB. Applicants are required to demonstrate a turnover of not less than GBP5000000.
