The goal of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 is a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine. Please note the following important provisions of the tender: * the deadline for submission of proposals is May 11, 2026, 15:00 Kyiv time; * all questions regarding the terms and conditions of the tender must be submitted no later than April 24, 2026, 17:00 Kyiv time; * all communication regarding the tender shall be made exclusively in writing to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com; * the PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, duties, and VAT of the partner country.
